No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to have a discovery call. If you are experiencing challenges with areas such as organisation, overwhelm, emotional regulation, confidence, executive functioning or supporting a neurodivergent family member, we can talk about what is happening and explore whether Stellvida is the right support for you.
The discovery call is a relaxed 30-minute conversation. We will talk briefly about what is happening, what you would like support with and what you hope could change. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether working with Stellvida feels right for you. There is no pressure to commit.
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is completely free. Its purpose is to help us understand what support you are looking for and whether Stellvida is a good fit before you decide on any paid coaching or support.
Yes. Online sessions are available through Microsoft Teams, making it possible to access Stellvida support from the comfort of your own space.
Yes. Parents and carers are welcome to book a discovery call to discuss the challenges their child or teenager is experiencing, what is happening within the family and the kind of support they are looking for. We can then explore the most appropriate next step together.
