You may be wondering...
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Here are answers to some common questions.
Who does Stellvida support?
Stellvida supports young people, adults, parents and families who are looking for greater understanding, practical strategies and meaningful change. We also work with schools and organisations seeking more inclusive and effective ways to support the people they serve.
Is Stellvida only for people with ADHD?
No. ADHD and neurodiversity are important areas of our work, but Stellvida is not limited to ADHD. Our support begins with the individual, their circumstances, strengths, challenges and goals rather than simply a label or diagnosis.
Do I need a diagnosis before accessing support?
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to start a conversation with us. We focus on understanding what is happening in everyday life and identifying the type of support that may be most useful.
What happens during coaching?
Coaching is collaborative and practical. We explore what is happening, what may be getting in the way, what is already working and what you would like to change. Together, we develop realistic strategies that fit your life rather than expecting you to fit a one-size-fits-all approach.
Do you work with parents and families?
Yes. Parent and family support is an important part of Stellvida. We help families understand behaviour and needs differently, strengthen communication, reduce repeated conflict and develop practical approaches that support connection and everyday family life.
Do you work with schools and organisations?
Yes. Stellvida provides support, education, workshops and consultancy for schools and organisations. This can include neurodiversity awareness, practical strategies, supporting behaviour and regulation, and developing more inclusive approaches.
How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not have to decide that before contacting us. Start with a discovery conversation. We can discuss what is happening, what you are hoping to change and whether Stellvida is the right support for you.
